Clarity: Roles Explained

Pathzero Clarity offers different levels of access to its users. Below are the available roles and their access levels:

  • Owner: The owner has access to all purchased modules of Pathzero Clarity and are the main account holders. Owners can invite others using any of the user roles via the "Manage Team" section of the platform. Learn more about how to invite team members.

  • Admin: The admin has access to all purchased modules of Pathzero Clarity except for the ability to add or remove owners.

  • Marketing: The marketing role has access to social asset management only, which includes access to Pathzero Carbon Neutral logos and collateral, as well as access to edit and publish the "Public Profile" page. This role is best suited for users who are responsible for marketing and branding activities.

  • Portfolio Manager: This permission is applicable to the Portfolio Management add-on feature only. The portfolio manager has access to view portfolio company reporting data once permission is granted. This role is best suited for users who are responsible for managing portfolio companies. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on the Portfolio add-on.

When inviting a new user to your Pathzero Clarity account, you can choose the appropriate user role for their level of access. Typically, "Admin" is sufficient for most users, while "Owner" is reserved for the main account holder. By assigning the appropriate level of access, you can ensure that your team members have the necessary permissions to perform their tasks effectively.
