Enables the identification of an asset within Pathzero Navigator library
Pathzero Navigator currently supports the creation of collections or funds for analysis covering four asset types. They are:
- Private company
- Listed company
- Project
- Commercial real estate (CRE)
The fields available per asset type may differ slightly.
Creating a private company, listed company or project asset
Asset name
Set the asset name to something unique and understandable to anyone outside of the organisation that requests to view the data.
Asset type
As noted above there are four asset types including private company, listed company, project, and commercial real estate. Select the most relevant type.

Further identification
Provide any of the additional identification fields you may have. This will help to ensure that your assets are identifiable. This may include:

- Legal name
- Legal entity identifier
- Country of incorporation
- Business registration number
Creating a commercial real estate asset
Asset name
Set the asset name to something unique and understandable to anyone outside of the organisation that requests to view the data. This may be the building name or address.
Asset type
As noted above there are four asset types including private company, listed company, project, and commercial real estate. Select the most relevant type. If the asset is still within the development stage, this is most likely a project

Location of asset
Ensure that the asset location is correct. Additional data (such as ZIP code for US assets) must be entered and reflective of the majority of the asset’s location.
If an asset is created with the incorrect asset type, a new asset will need to be created and the incorrectly classified asset deleted. How to create and delete an asset.
